She’s Out Of My League Review @SneakOberkassel CineStar
Since the Sneak previews at CineStar/Düsseldorf/Oberkassel are aired in OV, the review will be too:
First of all I’ve had in mind that there will be a movie out soon with that skinny, funny dude from movies like “Fanboys”, “Knocked Up” and “I’m Reed Fish” (which I like a lot actually! Got to keep in mind that I have to get the second one to complete my fine movie collection) aka Jay Baruchel.
I kind of feel sorry that I have forgotten about this movie, since I’ve seen it on the usual trailer sites a while ago and I was pretty curious about it, my curiosity paid out today, because this is a funny A55 movie!
It’s pretty much comparable to all those lately upcoming dramatic, funny, love story movies which have been produced over the years (50 First Dates, 500 Days Of Summer, Click, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Knocked Up, Role Models, I Love You Man, e.g.) a lot, but seriously this has been a good one, I hope to see more flicks with characters of the movie.
They’ve all been great: Stainer (T.J. Miller), Jack (Mike Vogel) and that great feminine touched guy Devon (Nate Torrence).
I was pretty much amused to see “Kitty” (Debra Jo Rupp on That 70s Show) back as Mum of Kirk! She acted completely that same overwhelming and hyped role. Just great. All Family members had something of their own. Great cast.
Great conversations about the ranking system and the terms of sobriety being able to be with someone who is five points up on that groundbreaking, leading scale of happiness and seriously in a realtionship. Movie on top bonus were 3 awesome penis jokes! Hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I did. Made me laugh mad as hell. I can only recommend this movie to people with good humor! Seriously.
That’s a solid 7,5 out of 10.
